By using the platforms, you agree and consent to RailYatri / IntrCity collecting and storing your personal data and information such as name, gender, age, address, location, e-mail addresses, landline and mobile phone numbers, dietary preferences, purchase history, transactional history etc. for the purposes of providing better services and targeted advertisement or for the provision of any lawful purpose connected with the functions or activities of platforms. We may also share your personal data with any third party, agents, affiliates etc and monetize the same also. If you object to your information being stored, transferred, used or processed by platforms or any third party, agents, affiliates etc. please do not use the website. RailYatri / IntrCity reserves the absolute right to not provide you any services or goods in case of your refusal to share your personal information.
